1. Scope of services

Ars Digitale provides technical consulting and remote IT assistance services, including software troubleshooting, configuration assistance, technical guidance, and practical digital support.

Services are provided remotely and by appointment only.

2. Nature of the obligation

Ars Digitale operates under a best-effort obligation. No guarantee is provided regarding uninterrupted operation, full compatibility, or definitive resolution of all technical issues.

3. Remote access

Certain services may require temporary remote access to the client’s computer through tools such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer.

The client explicitly authorizes remote access for the duration of the intervention and remains able to monitor and interrupt the session at any time.

4. Client responsibilities

  • The client remains responsible for maintaining backups of important data.
  • The client must provide accurate information regarding the technical issue.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring lawful use of software and systems.

5. Limitation of liability

Ars Digitale cannot be held responsible for:

  • Pre-existing technical issues or malware infections
  • Hardware failures
  • Data loss
  • Third-party software behavior
  • Indirect or consequential damages

The client acknowledges that remote technical assistance may involve operational risks.

6. Payment

Payment is required before the intervention unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing is communicated in advance through the website, email exchanges, or payment links.

7. Cancellation and delays

Clients are encouraged to inform Ars Digitale as early as possible in case of delay or cancellation.
